4. Click OK

Firefox/Netscape for Windows

1. From the menu bar at the top of your browser window select Tools, Options
2. Click Privacy
3. In the Cookies section click the Exceptions button
4. Under Address of Web site type www.blackrock.co.uk
5. Click Allow
6. Click Close
7. Click OK

Safari for Windows

1. From the Edit menu bar at the top of your browser window select Preferences
2. Click the Security tab
3. Under Accept cookies check ‘Only from sites you navigate to’ or ‘Always’
4. Close the Security window
